This'll be quick. No baby coming today (unless it decides to make its appearance of its own volition). We might still be going in tomorrow but we are more likely looking at a Friday morning trip to the hospital.
Main reason? Our doctor has five other patients about to give birth as well as us. And, while we could proceed with the plan, it makes more sense to let the others get taken care of and then we'll slip in.
So no baby today, most likely no baby tomorrow but that means that for damned sure, we'll be having that baby on Friday.
But P is doing well, her blood pressure is good, the baby is butt-up and head-down in the locked and loaded position for launch and its heartbeat is strong. So, our launch has been delayed by 24 hours due to a crowded birthing center.
No worries, I'm on leave as of 5 pm today so tomorrow will be a nice day to spend with my wife and my dog.
