Looks like the guy who sued to keep his daughter from saying the pledge might have been on to something after all, even though the case was tossed because he had less than half custody.
But he'll be back as he got lots of publicity and more families wanting to jump on the "Godless Pledge of Allegiance" suit train. And I'm on there in spirit because that line has always bothered me as well.
By the way, I came up with a new word while talking with an editor this morning, I had to describe my theological beliefs and came up with Evolutionarian - one who subscribes to the concepts of natural selection and survival of the fittest.
