Giuliani and 9/11

Did anyone else watch Giuliani speak before the 9/11 commission the other day?

Compelling to say the least. Giuliani comes across as a heartfelt and honest man, I'm sure he's got his skeletons but still, he appears to have more integrity in his little finger than Bush has in his whole stupid body. And, if/when Bush loses, the GOP will be able to put him up as a nearly unbeatable next presidential candidate.

And there's an article on MSNBC suggesting Bush dump Dicky and get Rudy in there for the '04 election. I still don't think Bush gets my vote with Giuliani by his side. But Giuliani on his own? Yeah, maybe. A heck of a lot more maybe than the "No effing way" I'd vote for Bush/Cheney.

Aside from the fact that its hard to spell no matter how many times I write it, he'd be my first choice for a candidate and, if I were a GOP back room planner, I'd pull Shrub and get Rudy in the game!

But then, maybe Rudy doesn't want to play on the national stage? Has anyone heard him talk about the presidency or running?
