Scott Peterson, about the most fucking whacked fool on the planet, plead not guilty to murdering his wife and unborn son yesterday. Notwithstanding all of his freakishly stupid and bizarre activities (like selling the truck, running to San Diego and dying your hair, carrying $10K in cash and your brother's passport, hmm, not so innocent looking).

The people have decided, via the Excite Instant Poll, and as of right now, 64% of respondents think he's guilty.

I don't think its a question of his guilt or innocence, its a question of whether the prosecutors will be able to crack his defense. And then he can spend the rest of his life in prison with his smug smirk. And yep, I'm pretty sure there's a lovely place in hell for wife and unborn baby murderers, I think its right on top of an eight foot red hot spike that can leak salt or listerine or rubbing alcohol.
