IT Manager Sues over "Bad Reference" - the guy wants to get compensated because he was a royal pain in the ass to work with? Um, hey, I want to get compensated because I'd really rather be riding my bikes than working. Can someone sue someone else for me on that?

The reference included "In it, a former colleague described working with Johnson as "the most horrendous episode that I have ever experienced in my working life", the High Court claim alleges." Which is a pretty good indication that this guy was a serious jerk, the kind that we used to refer to as BK's (buzzkills), those people with the ability to make Mardi-Gras no fun. The personality that demands attention and then has nothing to say or do. Just a petulant little bitch (no offense to female dogs), I think. And I hope he doesn't get a penny and has to spend the rest of his life paying off the lawyers (barristers?).

Microsoft and National Security News
I don't know who to be more pissed off at regarding, US Army Hacked via IIS Hole, either Microsoft or at the government for being stupid enough to trust important information the MS's well publicized insecure software. Either way, its a serious sign that the Army and government need to wake the hell up and get our data off of the MS teat.
