Yes, the charges against Kobe Bryant were dismissed yesterday.
That does mean that he is innocent. It means that the girl accusing him has come to the realization that, if she testifies and puts him away, some NBA superfan moron is going to shoot her.
She's already gotten death threats, has already had her entire life dissected by amoral lawyers trying to get their superstar adulterer off.
That's right, Kobe's still an adulterer, he still fucked a 19 year old girl while he was married. And then bought a $4 million ring to try and settle his wife down, but she's still leaving his cheating ass.
Just because the charges were dropped does not mean he didn't do it. It means the law favors the wealthy who can hire teams of lawyers.
And oh yeah, people coming to Intellectual Poison looking for pics of the woman who accused Kobe of raping her? The pics are gone, go look somewhere else, you rubberneckers. Give the woman her space, she gave up and just wants to go back to being a young woman.
And Kobe still faces charges in the civil suit.
