SF is Safe Haven for Nude Yoga. Unless said naked yogist impedes traffic (note that its not "pees in traffic") or accosts pedestrians or blocks the sidewalk.
"Simply being naked on the street is not a crime in San Francisco," said Debbie Mesloh, a spokeswoman for the district attorney's office.
Otherwise, get into SF, find a nice sunny spot, strip down and start working through your poses.
I do love the fact that its not illegal to just be naked in San Francisco. There's something cool about that, not that I'm heading that way anytime soon to drop trou but I like that I can if I want to.
But I do like nude beaches. And skinny dipping is damned fine fun.
And, most importantly, a kid who mooned people from a moving car was found to have no broken the law! Yes, that's right kids! It is LEGAL to moon people! Now get out there and start exercising your legal rights to bare your backside!
