No Smokes for Pokes in CA Prisons?

Governor signs ban on smoking in state prisons which means that there's just one less thing to do, one less commodity to trade, one less distraction.

Fine by me. Cigarettes are poison. You smoke, you poison yourself and those around you. You cost more to care for medically, you smell bad, you support an industry that kills its customers.

Cigarettes are nasty, smoking them is nasty. Good riddance and another good step by the Governator. I still wouldn't vote for him for California Governor though and don't even think about trying to make it legal for him to run for President!
