My Truck Got Screwed
Somewhere between yesterday and today my truck picked up a most unwelcome passenger, a nice little galvanized self tapping wood screw that worked just as well on the tire rubber as it would have on wood. By the time I got to work, the tire was all but flat and the truck was taking turns a little wider than normal.
Fifteen bucks later the tire is all fixed up and I learned that the tires on my truck are really, really nice ones costing almost $500. So, thanks to Matt, the previous owner, as I only paid another $350 for the rest of the truck.
But I did learn that lifting the truck by putting on tires with taller sidewalls isn't going to happen. I could spend $350 and only get an inch or so extra lift. Oh well.

Sumpathy - feeling bad while watching someone struggle with math or feeling bad for someone who's sump pump has just bit the dust.
