A Moment to Reflect on this Last Year
Its strange to think about really just how much has changed in my life in the last year.

This time a year ago I was just beginning the process of getting over the death of my father. The Giants had just given away the World Series. P and I had not even met in person yet. I was single, living just a block from the beach in a great house with some good friends. I was working at my present job back then but that's about the only constant that hasn't been seriously changed in the last twelve months.

And look where I am now, married, expecting a child, looking for another place to live to house the expanding family, considering what kind of dog we want to get, starting to make real long term adult-like plans. [As in, hey kids, check out the new Johnny Huh? 2.0 doll! Now with real adult-like planning action-thought and super double clicking-for-porn power!]. It blows my mind to think where the next year will see us headed.

Because we're now an expecting family, I thought it might make some sense to get a little nutrional refresher course. P's doing an excellent job of eating more smaller meals throughout the day to maintain a level of energy and that's a good start as well as the exercise. But wouldn't you like to know what the Top 10 Power Foods are?

Also, as our own Layne has temporarily gone to ground again, leaving a link to a Google search on Layne, I clicked the link and found this Layne instead. Hmm, not anywhere near as cute although that might just be the beard.
