An interesting that I'm quite torn about. Business Owner Uses Hummer to Stop Crooks in which the guy basically uses his truck to crush the crooks inside their car.
There's a pic that shows this as well.
And, most interestingly, there's a spot poll that people can take part in that asks whether the guy should be held accountable for using his truck as a deadly weapon even though it was his place that had just been robbed. A whopping 85% of respondents say he should not be charged.
Um, hate to say it folks but the guy isn't a cop and shouldn't be taking the law into his own hands. As it is, he may have crippled some of these guys. He should go to jail if he used his vehicle as a weapon.
