Sunday Night Good News!
The quick news is that our bid for the house was accepted and we are now entering the next stage of the process, the paperwork needs to roll and house inspections.

There are still many rivers to cross, many papers to sign and inspections to have take place but we are definitely done with the searching (barring any catastrophic issues with the house that would require us to back out of the deal) and we can now focus on the moving, the upgrades, dog research and shopping and planning out what we're going to do with the place.

Yee-fricking-ha!
