Great New Seasonal Word!

Found this in the comment thread on Christmas over at Intellectual Properties and it has to be added to the New Word lexicon!
It came by way of Woo and came from a PBS mini-series (love that PBS, cutting edge TV!). It goes a little something like this:

Afluenza - Af-flu-en-za n. 1. The bloated, sluggish and unfulfilled feeling that results from efforts to keep up with the Joneses. 2. An epidemic of stress, overwork, waste and indebtedness caused by dogged pursuit of the American Dream. 3. An unsustainable addiction to economic growth.
