Sleep Positions Indicate Personalities
How You Sleep is What You're Like

Here's the breakdown:

Crouched in the fetal position - Fetal sleepers tend to be shy and sensitive

Soldier position, flat on back, arms at sides - quiet and reserved.

Sleeping on one's side with legs outstretched and arms down - a social, easy-going personality.

Sleeping on one's side, arms outstretched - the person tends to be more suspicious.

The Freefall, flat on the tummy with the hands at the sides of the head - the most unusual position. Only 6.5 percent of people prefer it and they are usually brash and gregarious.

Starfish, on the back with outstretched arms and legs - generally an unassuming, good listener.

Once a sleep style is adopted it is generally very unusual to change to another mode of sleeping.

The BBC has been nice enough to make a little graphic illustrating all of this.
Sleeping Positions

I'm a freefall sleeper so I guess I'm brash and gregarious, which does make some sense. I'd be interested in seeing more of the results of the survey.
Does it hold true for you as well?

In related news, Men Take Sleep Over Sex. 'Nuff said. Though I'm sure Ryan will beg to differ on this one but that's because he's so hot you can cook an egg on him.

Next up? Pictures from the weekend and the 9/11 mini-photoblog.
