I've had this word in my mind for years but always forget about it when it comes time to write.

Condomnation - the shame someone feels when they had unprotected sex. Its also the guilt trip that their friends, neighbors, pen pals and parents are supposed to heap upon them.

It could also be used to describe a country fully gripped by fear of not using condoms properly and regularly.
