For reasons that won't make any sense without a lengthy explanation that I don't have time to get into now, I've been using a mirror to watch television while at my desk in the office.
If you want to make your brain work harder than it normally does, try to read baseball stats in a mirror. Its damned hard at first but gets slightly easier with a little practice. Kind of like riding a unicycle. Only its a tv.
