Quality Day in Baseball

Anyday that sees the Yankees getting shut out by anyone counts as a good day in my book. But when its my "lowly" Orioles doing the shutting out then its like an extra layer of icing on the cake. Add in a shut out by the Giants' Tim Lincecum (and relievers) over the Cards, the A's edging out a win, Boston getting a win and the Dodgers losing.

All in all a good day for my particular baseball allegiances. I'm sure Easy might be thinking otherwise since his Cards were on the other end of that shutout.

This Just In: The Yankees Have NO Sense of Humor

I'm sorry but this is fucking hilarious. And that the Yankees are considering a lawsuit against the guy. I'm sure he'll have lots of fan support from Beantown if it comes to it.

Besides, the Yankees are their own curse. As long as a Steinbrenner is at the helm, they will continue to poison the game of baseball with their pay-for pennants.
