Well That Went Well

You know, anytime your boss refers to your work over the past year as excellent, things are going to go pretty well.

My annual performance review went far better than I allowed myself to hope. After the disappointment from last year and subsequent nightmare negotiations, this year was a lovefest.

My raise was more than I'd expected, my incentives are still in place and it even looks like I'll be getting some part time help as well! I also negotiated the time off coming up for the birth of the baby as well. And have a good roadmap of what I need to be working on improving in the next year.
