These new cooking systems maximize resources and minimize pollution by intelligent design that creates a practical and stable cooking surface in rural areas. The stoves acombust more efficiently, reducing fuel use and expense while speeding up cooking times and reducing toxic emissions.
The stoves were developed at Colorado State University’s Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory.
They are inexpensive, durable, efficient and much safer than cooking over an open fire. If they were available for sale in the US, I'd probably have one on order right now.
