The Ten Worst Job Interview Questions Ever via Esther on Twitter (which I am blocked from using at my schools so I'm posting it).
My comment includes my favorite interview question I'd ask. "Which one are you, a circle, square, triangle or squiggly lines? Why?" but I'd only do that if I was pretty the interviewee had a good sense of humor and I was going to recommend them for the position.
