Ah, the gentle caress of a sunny Monday morning in Seabright above the Monterey Bay. And eyes nearly glued shut by the need for more hours of sleep. But after playing snooze button tag a few times I dragged myself up to a truly beautiful morning. And Paul sacked out on the upstairs landing, well just inside the office space right outside H's room. Didn't hear him come home last night so I'm guessing he rolled in somewhat late. I'll catch up with him later on tonight, I'm sure.

Yesterday was a nice day though. Hot by about 9 in the morning which meant the sand would be blisteringly hot by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Which is when I finally got down to the court to get a game or two. Its tough sometimes, too much to do, not enough motivation to get it done and then the aside trips that take you off course. Like going to Bike Trip and buying some cycling shoes though now I need to get the proper cleats so I can go to clip-ins for my riding. Maybe that'll keep my arches from cramping up during longer descents.

Mellow BBQ at the house for Duggan's upcoming birthday, met his dad who's a kick. That and I need a new drivetrain for My Blue. And a new saddle because the I've got now makes for a sore bum after an hour or two of riding.

And hold on for fresh pics. New camera arrives today so I'll have loads of new pics to toss online shortly. We'll have to create some debauchery to capture but that's never too hard to do with my friends.
